Current Vacancies 

 

Content Creator 

To build excitement for our audiences across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and beyond. Your content gives people an insight into the production process, helps them understand how we work as a theatre, and gives them a feel for who we are. We are heading into a very busy period, including our Christmas production, and you will show audiences why we are making it and what goes into it.

This is a three-month fixed-term PAYE role starting in October 2026, ending in January 2027 (exact start date to be agreed with successful applicant), working approximately 20 hours a week over 3 to 6 days.

We are also open to proposals from established freelancers or companies who could provide the content creation service on a contract-for-services basis.

Welcome Team Member (Volunteer) 

To make Reading Rep Theatre a welcoming space, providing excellent customer service and safe operations for all audience members. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming all visitors, assisting when required, controlling entry to the auditorium, supervising the audience during performances and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the building.
