Any one under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the theatre.
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancelled performances. Where possible, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production, or offered for resale (in the case of a sold-out show) as long as tickets are returned to us at least 24 hours before the performance. There is a charge of £1.50 per ticket for this service.
We do not permit Tickets to be refunded after purchase, except where a performance has been cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place. Where monies are refunded, such refunds will be for the full ticket amount (including any phone booking fees).
All Tickets are sold subject to the Theatre’s right to make any alterations in the cast, programme or arrangements advertised on the Reading Rep Theatre’s website or elsewhere which are rendered necessary by an unavoidable cause.
Where possible, all tickets sent via email should be presented clearly on a mobile device when attending the event. If preferable, the ticket can be printed. When this is not possible, tickets can be collected from the Box Office on arrival to the event, but not prior to this. No tickets will be sent via post.
An ENGAGE term is non-refundable. If you/your child misses a session then the payment won’t be refunded. If the session or project is cancelled then we will either replace the session elsewhere or will give you a full refund for that session. Exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstances.
Will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any credit or gift vouchers not redeemed within 12 months will be void and no longer redeemable.
